1. open up your image. i will be using one of zac efron. you can use this image too if you'd like.


2. duplicate your layer or ctrl+j and set the mode to overlay, soft light, or hard light. they're all pretty much the same, but do whichever looks best for your picture.


3. go to layer > new adjustment layer > selective color.


then something should pop up. change it to these settings:

go down to cyans by clicking the scrolldown. (also do these for the rest of step 3). do not press on ok!

continue copying the settings with the colors.




click on ok.

4. go to layer > new fill color > solid color.

then its gonna ask you to choose your color. put in 1200ff after the # or where the arrow in the screenshot is.

now go to your layer pallet and change the mode to exclusion and the opacity to 20.
